How to order e-books by mail:

     If you prefer not to use a credit card, you may order by mail.  All online books and reports are printable and will be e-mailed to you.  Payment must be either in euros or in Canadian and/or American dollars.  No checks or money orders will be accepted. (This is because the girl who takes care of the mail prefers not to open a bank account for this purpose.)

     Remember: The printable eBooks will be e-mailed to you so make sure to include a legible e-mail address. Hard copies are not available but when you receive the e-mail attachments, you can print them out on your own printer.

     Prices:  Less than when you order online. Listed "$" prices are for either Canadian or U.S. currency.

VERY IMPORTANT. READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER!

     Several orders have already been received that had to be returned.  In one case, the order included a check rather than cash. In the other orders, no e-mail address was given. The senders expected to have someone print out paper copies and mail them.  There is no arrangement for this. The above eBooks are sent via e-mail only.

     Frequently asked question: Is it safe to send cash in the mail?

     Answer: I have been receiving cash payments since 1988, with no problems thus far. However, do not use registered or certified mail, which may draw special attention and is therefore not as safe. Just enclose the bills in a normal business-sized envelope with the usual postage.

     Ocassional question: May I substitute "OFF THE GRID" for one of the other books?

     Answer:  Yes.  Be sure to clearly state which three books you want.
