JUST BETWEEN US
I make the trusts, and let know one have a copy, a certification of the trust can be requested from the trustee when your getting close to the time of sell. it can have the persons ssn or ein. on it only, and the trustee of trust can tell the lawyer to put the bennificary name on the check. Using an out of state llc as trustee of a trust increases the property tax in many places, unless you can prove a real person is the beneficiary, and resides in the home. If small tax i pay, but after a home is completed, tax goes way up for out of state entity. I reluctantly let them take a peak at my trust, and they took 60 percent of the tax off. they claim no one goes through their file cabinets because ssn are on many applications, I refused, to give ssn and they respected that. but still, they wright notes down on records of who the beneficiary of trust is. Just wanted impute from you, to be sure i was not missing something, because until that moment, no one knew that was my residence. Last year gov helicopter landed on my land and arrested neihbors for growing marriwana, very large deal, made national tv news. I had kept the gates locked all the time , with killer dog signes, while i built the house, septic, and well, by myself, and the gates stopped tv crews and polce cars from coming in on my side. I have met some of these news castors and police before in town. As an out of state visitor. You just never know when you might be on tv, :)

car dealer
In Ohio, at least, dealers will run a background check even if you are not financing the car. And they had me write 2 separate checks, adding up to about $15,000 so that there was no check of $10,000 or more. I guess that was to save them paperwork and time involved in reporting such a transaction otherwise.

... Since it is a practice among car dealers to run backgound checks despite a cash purchase, make sure you do not give them your true address, phone number, SSN or date of birth. But the better way is to buy from a private party, always. I recently sold item A to a private party and bought item B from another private party. Rather than take a single bank check for item A, I had the buyer give me a series of $5,000 checks. I passed these same bank checks on to the private party for the purchase of item B.

Updates to Your Book
Mr. Luna, your book "How to Be Invisible" mentions updates can be found on your site but I don't see them. Where are they located? Also, if I'm in a hotel using its wired HSI (I only used wired because wireless...well, you know...and programs like JiWire have too high a failure rate for my comfort), can the IP address of that hotel be tracked to my room (where I'm registered pseudononymously, I pay cash and don't reserve using a credit card)? Finally, if I reregistered my vehicle online, could I be traced back to an IP address if I used a hotel or public computer? (I wonder if anyone would even bother...but, in the advent of USAPA, I'm curious.)

... Update not yet needed. When it is, I will add the page.
... I cannot answer the other questions.

Response to Mike 47 Chicago: Why not use the IRS forms from irs.gov, fill them in and print paper, clear the forms and send the paper copies into the IRS. Cost is free. No paper trail, no cookies etc. Best part is greatly reduced chances of audit. The IRS loves e-file, but all paper forms must be manually entered into the system, the IRS only enters the most important info and then files away the paper forms. This creates a lot more work and dificulty to do an audit. Guess who gets audited; the easy one or the difficult one?

New car alternative
An alternative approach to buying a new or late model car would be to go through a car auction broker. You make an agreement to pay the broker a certain fee. He bids on the car/cars of your choice up to the amount you specify. He will do the paperwork for the sale and you can provide a trust or LLC name as the owner. You can then register the car in the state of your choice. You can save about 10-20% over the price you would pay from a dealer and have a choice of hundreds of cars. We will never again buy from a dealer.

... I agree. I do not buy from dealers either. I picked up a Lexus LS430 just last month, in Oregon, with 25,000 miles. Car appears new but the price was way below what a new one would cost.

RE: New Cars
Billson 41, if you don't want to buy from a private party let me suggest you another option. Buy from a used auto auction dealer. Cash exchange hands quickly and sometime you'll find 'straw hats' willing to speed up the service for a few bucks. Let me give you one example and only one city that I have traveled to buy a used car. Off Interstate I-95 few miles north of 'Brotherly Love City' Philadelphia (Between Academy Road and Cottman Avenue exits) you will find the largest used auto auction. Back then, in 1999-2001, auctions were held to the public twice per week. A $100 refundable registration allowed you to bid on any car (for the exception of a few Dealer only auction cars). Inside you will find able bodies looking to make extra cash (straw hats) by helping you in bidding for a good mechanical sound used car. These 'straw hats' spend most of the week checking cars as they come in and making notations on their list before auction day. There are other 'straw hats' that are waiting to be hired by you at the check-out window when you are ready to pay for that wonderful car you bid and won. These individual will register you car (with their out-of-state license, [since you cannot get lic. plates out from the auction until proof of insurance]) and get you a temporary license plate without having to show a insurance card. For a few dollars you can leave with your car, with a temporary license plates and a temporary registration good for 30 days. The title and registration will arrive at any address (in or out-of-state) you give them. Since this particular used car auction is 25' from I-95 and next to a major jail, I will reserve all other details and end posting on this subject. Visit a used auto auction in your area a few times, radar (observe) all movements, ask questions and establish relationship with employees that can give you the inside scoop. You are $25 dollars away from this auction (NJ Transit to Trenton and then SEPTA R7). Otherwise use the blue book and carfax online before buying from a private party.

New cars
Why is it not possible to buy a new car anonymously?

... The dealer usually demands to see your driver's license, and runs a check on your name through a database. (Using an LLC MAY help, but buying from a private party is far easier.) Also, if you pay more than $10,000 in cash, the dealer will insist that you fill out an official government form.

Public Schools' Hidden Curriculum
For a complete (& jarring) exposition on this subject, read John Taylor Gatto's "The Underground History of American Education". He is a former NY State Teacher of the Year. The book is available to read FREE on his website, but is well worth the $35 to purchase it.

Re: coded paper
Read Mr. Luna's textbooks and previous reply. Some things are best left for either others to research or learn from experience. If you want to test your envelops, printer's and copy machine paper, just send a [T] (h)r -eat to a government official and count the hours before someone knocks on your door. No need for anyone to be concern about this topic since everyone in this forum abides by the laws of the land. Read the previous proverb and learn from the fool. This is my last coded paper posting.

... I agree. No more posts about coded paper!

RE: W-9 Form Requested by Client
To [Richard Bonneweitz 62] Buy Mr. Luna's Textbook. A NM LLC is to HOLD property and for privacy not to open bank accounts or EIN#. If your age listed here is correct, let me share something with you which is another vehicle of privacy for your Estate or Estate Administrator. Have a separate NM LLC for each property you own. (NMLLC 1, House; NMLLC 2, Boat; NMLLC 3 Car). Then list all NM LLC on schedule A of your Living Revocable Trust for a double layer of privacy and tax advantage. Speaking of Tax...for all you readers conscious about privacy. Be careful with the do-it-yourself tax software out there. The problem is that they are all design to steal some of your information for "marketing purpose only" read the fine print before clicking I Agree. Here is how H&R, TurboTax and other are design. After the software is installed one is ask to register. Even if one declines to register there is another door to get your information at the very end when the program checks and audit your return. When the Federal Return is completed you are ask to check for inconsistency or "possible IRS audits". One of those flags you have to cure at the end is, "you must download the latest tax update". As you download the update, your IP and other computer info., is compromise. Also, when you get ready to download the State Tax Return for free the same info., is compromised. I suggest going to the tool bar menu and downloading all Federal & State update, then unplugging the modem cable, completing the returns off-line, printing, snail mailing, saving the return to a memory stick, uninstalling the tax software from the computer, boot the computer before plugging online. I have a PO Box and a nominee in another State (outside my IRS regional processing center). I mail the returns to a nominee to mail them from a regional State that Austin, TX process. One last tip, place c/o in front of your address (can't say why:-) The important issue is that we all pay our taxes our strategy is doing it unconventional:-)

... I will add to your comment about keeping all LLCs in Schedule A of a living trust. That solves a problem that sometimes arises in real estate transactions, where the title company wants proof of who owns the LLC. You list your trust as the owner, and sign for the LLC as a trustee of the living trust. When you give the title company a copy of the LLC Articles, and a copy of the trust, they will see your name in the trust document. (Usually, the trustees are a man and his wife, so BOTH must sign.)

Gabe: Moving to another country
I don't know what Gabe means by 3rd world country, nor what experience he has living in one or more of them. I lived in a "3rd world" country for 16 years, my mother is currently retired in that same country. There are small inconveniences, but it is within a 2 hour airplane flight to USA. There is high speed internet, and safe (somewhat expensive) ways to mail items back and forth. While still maintaining your privacy. But I agree with Mr. Luna, stay in USA. Work for yourself, with NO employees, maybe a sub contractor or 2. Stay within the law, you should be okay. Good luck Gabe. Will

W-9 Form Requested by Client
W-9 Form was requested by my client. How do I keep my name and SSN# off this form legally when using a NM LLC?

... You don't. (You must have been using the LLC in business, rather than merely using it to hold title to a vehicle or to real estate, right?)

Envelope & Paper Coding
Hi Jack, Just wanted you to know that I too am interested in this subject. More as a curiosity, novelty. Keep in mind I love shows like CSI where you get to see a lot of possible forensic techniques, even if they have been glamorized for Television. Thank you for posting the answer of the logical/investigative trail to this question. Will .

Envelop and Paper Coding
I'm flying today from one IP to another IP hoping Mr. Luna would allowed me to continue to be Mike 47 from Chicago. I'm a long time student of Mr. Luna. To [Gabe 41], if you are really serious about moving outside of the USA, may I suggest you to consider investing in one of Mr. Luna's sessions. As I said, if you are really "serious", please arrange a consultation with Mr. Luna. Having myself travel to other third world country and having the opportunity to talk (and minister) with other expatriated Americans, the amount Mr. Luna charges for consultation is a whole lot less than the grief some Americans are facing each day abroad. Let me share two examples: one US citizen fed up with a bitter divorce case and child support, wanted to leave the country. Little this individual knew that one cannot get a US passport if he/she owes more than $3,000 in back child support and as a result this individual complicated his/her court appointed visitation rights (never go to a courthouse to get a passport). Another US citizen, without doing his/her homework before leaving the States, expatriated to a place where tourist had to surrender their US passport to the local police station until their departure, leaving the person without any legal identity to present and an obligation to register their every residence move. All this individual had was one of those Cracker-Jack International Student Identity Card and his/her name listed in the US Embassy of that country. Contact Mr. Luna and on the mean time consider on your list good old [Mano de Piedra] Panama which has become friendlier to gringos than Costa Rica. Hope this help. To [George 30ish], I apologize for not providing a link, any regulatory authority or forensic articles to support what I wrote. There is a whole lot of information out in the WWW available to you to research the topic. We are privilege to have Mr. Luna provide a 'FREE' forum (at his expense) without any registration, to share our experience and mistakes. Let me share a great proverb: "The fool learns from nothing. The smart man learns from his own mistakes. The wise man learns from others mistakes." If I am a fool it could be that the purpose of my life is to be an example to others. :-) I'm indebted to Mr. Luna.

Envelope & Paper Coding
In response to George about the envelopes and paper coding--I, also, have never heard of this and a quick Google search provided no information. Could you pass on the information you sent to George either directly to me or post it on the website? I'm sure everyone else would be interested to learn about this, too. I have learned so many things from you and my fellow readers who send info for posting on your site. Thank you!

... I rather doubt that "everyone else" will be interested in this, but okaaaay ...
= = = = = = = = = =
A lengthy trail must be followed to identify a person from a piece of paper or envelope. I have no single reference that shows embedded information in these products can be used to identify the commercial vendor's location.
... The full answer must be distilled from several sources of information and the application of operational logic. To start: Google "forensic analysis" + "envelope" + "ransom" and similar strings to get a larger information base.
... FBI has a division that investigates questionable documents. This link http://www.fbi.gov/hq/lab/handbook/intro12.htm is the public version of "andbook of Forensic Services"revised in 2003.
... Many years ago, ransom notes, black mail demands, etc. warranted the study of paper, ink, and handwriting.
... Forensic details, of the ink and also of the paper, from each manufacturer of these products is gathered, indexed, and stored by the government. Investigators also have access to Industry databases and publications that exist for easy access and quick queries. The databases include chemical composition, fiber information, sheet dimensions and formation, watermarks, and much, much more.
... Here is a link to the Government Printing Office website. http://www.gpo.gov/acquisition/paperspecs.htm This particular page shows the requirements specified in commercial contracts for acquisition. Uniformity is important to the bureaucracy, and facilitates the manufacturer as well.
... Look at all the detailed information gathered and stored about a simple sheet of paper or envelope.
... ________________________________________________________________ Example:________________________________________________________ Following the paper trail from the forensic report shows *Who* most likely manufactured the envelope. The report will contain details of the chemical components making up the paper and the glue of the envelope that narrows the search considerably. Contacting the manufacturers is next. The manufacturer that confirms the most factors in common with the forensic report is contacted first. Most likely, the manufacturer will be able to tell the investigators when the product was created within a few weeks due to anomalies in the product. Columbian Envelopes has batch and product records that, when followed, will lead to the commercial entity that ordered the products, (Office Depot in Houston, Texas).
... A box of envelopes from Office Depot in Houston, Texas has a bar code on it somewhere. Decoding the barcode reveals Columbian Envelopes in Springfield, MA 01102-330 (A Westvaco Corporation) is the manufacturer. www.columbianenvelopes.com It will also likely tell you the box contains 100 #10 Ink Jet security envelopes for use with an Ink Jet Printer. They are white in color, measure 4 1/8 X 9 inches, have a "gummed seal", contain "inside security tint", and the 24 lb paper provides crisp images when used in a printer. The item code is CO131. The bar code might show the number of boxes in the case or on the pallet delivered to Office Depot.
... The records from Home Depot corporate headquarters tell the investigators that pallet was delivered in Houston, TX and to which of the nine locations in Houston. It turns out to be:
... 6888 GULF FREEWAY #300 WOODBRIDGE RD. & GULF FWY. I-45 Store# 482 HOUSTON, TX 77087 (713) 242-0000
... The Regional manager directs the store manager to provide the surveillance recordings from this location at the times the register tapes show one of these specific boxes of envelopes was purchased.
... The customers' image is captured. The cashier is shown the image and interviewed, and the surveillance tapes for the exterior of the store are searched for vehicle information when that customer exits the store and departs the parking lot.
... The payment method and vehicle information are investigated next. Probably a careless member of the public would be caught at that time. If they paid cash and the vehicle didn't yield any useful information, the investigators might be forced to ask for the public's help identifying the target.
